Common Questions

How do I reset my garden?

Go to Settings and tap "Clear All Data". This will remove all your plants, tasks, and preferences. This cannot be undone.

The app isn't showing my location

Make sure you've granted location permission in your device settings. Growli only uses your approximate location to personalise planting dates.

Can I add seeds that aren't in a Garden Pack?

Currently, Growli is designed to work with Garden Pack seed kits. We're working on supporting custom seeds in a future update.

How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings and tap "Export Data" to save a backup of your garden. You can import it later on the same or a different device.
