• AI-powered chat assistance for gardening questions

3. Your Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of gardening guidance
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the AI chat feature to generate harmful or abusive content
• Provide accurate location information for personalised advice

4. Gardening Advice Disclaimer

The growing instructions, planting dates, and care advice provided by Growli are for general guidance only. Results may vary depending on your specific conditions, including soil quality, microclimate, weather, and care provided.

We do not guarantee specific growing outcomes. The AI chat feature provides helpful suggestions but should not be relied upon as professional horticultural advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, images, icons, seed data, and growing instructions — is owned by Gardenpack inc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.

6. Your Data

Your garden data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your plants, tasks, or personal notes. For details on what data we collect, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. The App is designed to work offline for core features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardenpack inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, crop loss, plant damage, or reliance on growing advice.
